Personal Note from Ms. Kajol Sharma, the Principal of EquiLaw:
“Another GDLP Commercial Law module with the University of Fiji wrapped up, and as always, I leave feeling proud, exhausted, grateful, and slightly emotional.
Looking through this collection of photos from over the years, reminded me of how many bright, hardworking, and memorable students I have had the privilege of teaching throughout my time at the University of Fiji. Every group brings its own personalities, challenges, humour, and energy into the classroom.
This is what makes teaching the post-graduate modules so rewarding year after year. In between managing files, clients, deadlines, and the daily realities of legal practice at EquiLaw, stepping into the lecture room always brings me back to why I fell in love with law in the first place.
To all my students, past and present, thank you for the laughs, the questions, the debates, the patience with my long commercial law discussions, and for making every class memorable in its own way.
Wishing all of you success for the legal careers ahead of you.
The profession needs good lawyers, but more importantly, good people.
