ይህ ዝግጅት ለሁሉም የኢትዮጵያ ዲያስፖራ አባላት በተለይም በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ በኢንቨስትመንት፣ በንብረት ግዥ ላይ ለሚሳተፉ ወይም የህግ ጉዳዮች ላሏቸው ሰዎች ጠቃሚ ነው።

ምን ይማራሉ?

የኢትዮ ሌጋል ሺልድ መስራች እና ታዋቂ የህግ ባለሙያዎች ተናጋሪዎች ሲሆኑ፣ በወሳኝ የህግ ርዕሰ ጉዳዮች ላይ ጠቃሚ ግንዛቤዎችን ይሰጣሉ።

የፕሮግራሙ ይዘት፡-

በቅርቡ የጸደቀውን የሪል እስቴት ሕግን እንዲሁም በተደጋጋሚ የሚያጋጥሙ ችግሮችን፡ የኢትዮጵያን የሪል ስቴት ገበያን ውስብስብ ሁኔታ ይዳስሳል። ባለሙያዎቻችን የንብረት ባለቤትነትን እና ግብይቶችን የሚመለከቱ የህግ ማዕቀፎችን ያብራራሉ እንዲሁም የተለመዱ ማጭበርበሮችን እና ህጋዊ መፍትሄዎችን ይጠኡማሉ።

የውክልና ስልጣን (Power of Attorney, PoA)፡- ውክልና ከውጪ ሆነው ጉዳዮችዎን ለማስተዳደር ወሳኝ መንገድ ቢሆንም ብዙዎችን ለምዝበራ የዳረገ የተለመደ የብዝበዛ ምንጭ ነው።
በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ጉዳዮችዎን ለማስተዳደር ስለሚያስችለው ህጋዊ POA፣ ህጋዊ ወሰኑን፣ በኢትዮጲያ ያሉ ጉዳዮችዎን ለማስፈጸም የሚስያስችል ትክክለኛው ውክልና ለማዘጋጀት እና ለመጠቀም እየሚረዱ ልምዶችን ይማራሉ።

አዲሱን የንብረት ማስመለስ እና መውረስ ህግን መረዳት፡ የኢትዮጵያን ንብረት ማስመለስ እና ንብረት መውረስ አዋጅን (አዋጅ ቁጥር 1364/2025) ማብራራት እና መደረግ ያለባቸውን የጥንቃቄ እርምጃዎች በመጠቆም የህጉን ወሰን፣ ወደ ኋላ አተገባበር እና "ያልተገለጹ ንብረቶች" የሚለውን ጽንሰ-ሀሳብን ማብረራትን ያካትታል። ይህ ህግ በእርስዎ ላይ እንዴት ተጽዕኖ እንደሚያሳድር እና ንብረቶችዎን ለመጠበቅ ምን አይነት ቅድመ እርምጃዎችን መውሰድ እንዳለብዎት መረጃ ያገኛሉ።

የጥብቅና አገልግሎት አሰጣጥ ዘርፍ ላይ ያለው ለውጥ፡

የኢትዮጵያ የጥብቅና ዘርፍ አገልግሎት አሰጣጥ በሕግ ቴክኖሎጂ (Legal-Tech) እንዴት እየተቀየረ እንዳለ ያውቃሉ? ከተለምዷዊ "ራፖርት ወይም ማመልከቻ ጽሀፊዎች" እስከ የህግ ቴክኖሎጂ እድገት እንዲሁም እነዚህ እድገቶች ለዲያስፖራዎች የበለጠ ቀልጣፋ እና ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ አገልግሎት እንዴት እንደሚሰጡ እናስረዳለን።
