ጠበቃ እንተነህ ውብአንተ የጥብቅና እና የህግ ማማከር አገልግሎት የሚሰጡ የማህበራችን አባል ሲሆኑ በደረሰባቸው ድንገተኛ የኩላሊት ህመም ምክንያት በአሁኑ ሰአት በሳምንት 2 ጊዜ ከ15,000 ብር በላይ በማውጣት የኩላሊት ዲያሌስስ እያደረጉ የሚገኙ ሲሆን በዘላቂነት ደግሞ ወደ ውጭ ሃገር በመሄድ ከ3,000,000.00 (ሶስት ሚሊዮን ብር) በላይ በማውጣት የኩላሊት ንቅለ ተከላ ህክምና ማድረግ እንደሚገባቸው ክትትል ከሚያደርጉበት የህክምና ተቋም ተገልፆላቸዋል፤ ስለሆነም የፌደራል ጠበቆች ማህበር አባላት የማህበራችን አባል ለሆኑት ጠበቃ እንተነህ ውብአንተ የተቻለውን የገንዘብ ድጋፍ እንድታደርጉላቸው እንጠይቃለን፡፡

የፌደራል ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት የኢትዮጵያ ብሮድካስቲንግ ኮርፖሬሽን (ኢቢሲ) በሀገሬ ቲቪ ላይ ያቀረበውን የእግድ አቤቱታ ውድቅ አደረገ

​ | ​የፌደራል ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት የንግድና ኢንቨስትመንት ችሎት፣ የ2026 የአለም ዋንጫ የእግር ኳስ ጨዋታዎችን በተመለከተ የኢትዮጵያ ብሮድካስቲንግ ኮርፖሬሽን (ኢቢሲ) በሀገሬ ቲቪ ላይ አቅርቦት የነበረውን የእግድ ጥያቄ ውድቅ ማድረጉን ኢትዮጲካሊንክ ዘግበዋል።

​ኢቢሲ ባለፈው ግንቦት 5 ቀን ባቀረበው የክስ ማመልከቻ፣ ተከሳሾች የቅጂ መብት በመጣስ እና ያልተገባ የንግድ ውድድር በመፈጸም የኮርፖሬሽኑን አጋር ድርጅቶች እንዳሳሳቱ ገልጾ ነበር። በዚህም የደረሰውን ጉዳት ለማካካስ ተከሳሾች 105 ሚሊዮን ብር እንዲከፍሉ ጠይቆ ነበር።

​በግንቦት 25 ቀን በገባው ተጨማሪ አቤቱታ ደግሞ፣ የኢቢሲ ስፖርት መዝናኛ ቻናል ኃላፊ የነበሩት አቶ ንዋይ ይመር፣ የድርጅቱን ሚስጥር አሳልፈው በመስጠታቸው ሀገሬ ቲቪ የአለም ዋንጫውን ለማስተላለፍ መብት እንዳገኘ ክስ ቀርቦ ነበር። በዚሁ መነሻነት፣ ሀገሬ ቲቪ ጨዋታውን እንዳያስተላልፍ ከፍተኛው ፍርድ ቤት እግድ እንዲጥል ኢቢሲ ተማጽኖ ነበር።

​በአንጻሩ ሀገሬ ቲቪ ሰኔ 1 ቀን ለፍርድ ቤቱ በሰጠው ምላሽ፣ የኢቢሲ ክስ ከባለቤትነት መብት ጋር እንደማይገናኝ በመጥቀስ ክሱ ውድቅ እንዲደረግ ጠይቋል። ሀገሬ ቲቪ ጨዋታውን ለማስተላለፍ የቻለው በራሱ ዝግጅት፣ የጋዜጠኞች ስልጠና እና መሰረታዊ የልማት ድጋፎችን በማከናወን መሆኑን በማስረዳት፣ እግዱ እንዲነሳ መከራከሪያውን አቅርቦ ነበር።

​የፌደራል ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት የሁለቱንም ወገኖች የክርክር ነጥቦች በመመልከት፣ ሰኔ 3 ቀን ኢቢሲ ያቀረበውን የእግድ አቤቱታ በሙሉ ድምፅ ውድቅ አድርጎታል።
