Property owners in Spain must pay the I.B.I. Tax at the Town Hall every year 🏡
Being a Resident or Non-Resident is not relevant in this case: this tax applies to any houses, locals, parking spaces, etc.
👉 Each Town Hall decides their IBI payment dates and the amount depends on the property's features and location.
