Amaya & Juana had a great time visiting Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort last week ☀️

Santa Rosalia in Torre Pacheco (Murcia) has become a popular location amongst our clients. When the developer, Jose Diaz Garcia, invited us to visit the resort, we jumped at the opportunity! 😉

⭐It was great doing a tour with Anna Catharina Weltjens, who showed us the facilities and provided a lot of information about the resort and its services. Amaya & Juani said they had seen pictures of the famous lake, but they found it was even more impressive up close.

New obligations for electric scooters in Spain 🛴

As of October, electric scooters and other PMVs are subject to new rules in Spain:

🔸 Minimum legal age: 15 years old.

🔸 Mandatory helmet and high-visibility vest

These requirements add to those introduced earlier this year:

🔸 Registration at the traffic authority, DGT

🔸 Mandatory civil liability insurance

🔸 Identification plate

🔸 Maximum speed of 25 km/h.

🔸 No passengers on board

🔸 Not allowed to circulate on pavements

🔸 Use of mobile phones and headphones while riding is forbidden.

🔸 A blood alcohol limit of 0.5 g/l applies for adults. The limit is 0.0 for underage drivers
