Do you own property in Spain? If you spend less than 6 months in the country, you are meant to file for the Non-Resident Tax ⚠️

🔸 I.R.N.R. tax for year 2025 is due before 31st December 2026.

Ready to witness a total solar eclipse? If you are in Spain, this is your chance! 🌞

🌞 The eclipse will happen on Wednesday, 12th August, between 7:30 and 9:30 PM, Spanish local time.

🌞 The total eclipse will be visible from parts of Northern Spain. In Murcia & Alicante, it will be almost total; 98% of the sun will disappear behind the moon at sundown.

🌞 If you want to witness this rare occasion, keep your protective glasses and find a spot facing West where nothing obstructs the horizon line: mountains, buildings, etc.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

⚠️Never look directly at the eclipse without special protective glasses, as it may cause permanent damage to your eyes! You may find them at pharmacies, opticians, etc.

⚠️Due to the high risk of wildfires this summer, access to many natural spaces will be closed, such as Calblanque, Monte Cenizas, Salinas de San Pedro, etc.

Non-Residents who own a property in Spain must file for I.R.N.R. before 31st December every year 🏡

This Non-Resident Tax is paid a year in arrears. So, by the end of 2026, you must have submitted “Form 210” for the I.R.N.R. year 2025.

👉 However, you don't need to wait until the last minute: you can file for this tax at any time of the year.

We recommend you sort out this tax as soon as possible to avoid any "end of the year" delays that might result in a fine.
