🏡✨ Today, I’m at the notary for the completion of a property purchase, and I thought it would be interesting to share how this process works with Go Legal.
📅 The appointment with my clients and the sellers is scheduled for 11:00, but I always arrive earlier to:
✅ Review the draft purchase contract with the notary staff and make any necessary amendments.
✅ Provide my original ID and submit any missing documents.
When my clients arrive, I meet them 10-15 minutes before the appointment at the notary’s front door. By that time, everything is fully prepared—all that’s left is to provide my clients’ IDs, wait for the seller, and sign the documents.
This way, my clients don’t waste time waiting, and the process runs smoothly.
Today, I was particularly efficient—I got everything done quickly and even had time to grab a coffee and write this post for you! ☕✨
