We’re hiring at Legal Fair, one of Egypt’s reputable law firms.
We’re currently looking for Two Junior Corporate Lawyers to join our Corporate Law team.
This role is ideal for a motivated junior legal professional with a strong interest in corporate and commercial law, who is eager to develop their skills within a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment.

👩‍⚖️ What You'll Be Doing:
Support senior lawyers in corporate and commercial transactions.
Draft and review contracts, legal documents, and internal policies.
Conduct legal research and prepare reports.
Assist with company formations, licensing, and regulatory filings.
Communicate professionally with clients and government entities.

🎯 Preferred Candidate:
Junior lawyer with 0–2 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
Law degree from an English Section or equivalent.
Strong academic background and a demonstrated interest in corporate & commercial law.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
High attention to detail and a strong level of professionalism.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills: Highly organized, self-motivated, target oriented, efficient, multitasker and can work under pressure.

Job Description:-
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls;
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.;
• Manage correspondences (letters, packages etc.);
• Coordinate, join important business meetings, and take minutes of meeting;
• Direct clients to the appropriate staff member(s).

Job Requirements:-
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• +3 Years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of legal sector is advantageous but not essential.
