I was delighted to attend an insightful workshop today entitled:
"The Legal Profession and Artificial Intelligence: Prospects and Challenges for Modern Lawyers" ✨

📌 The workshop highlighted the evolving role of lawyers in the digital age and the importance of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the legal field — from contract analysis and accurate data extraction to managing legal and technical projects.

It was a rich discussion that reflected the power of digital tools in enhancing legal research, improving efficiency, and paving the way for a more modern and effective legal practice.

📌 تطرقت الورشة إلى دور المحامي في ظل التحول الرقمي وأهمية دمج الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI) في القطاع القانوني، سواء في تحليل العقود، استخراج البيانات الدقيقة، أو إدارة المشاريع القانونية والتقنية.

⚖️ World Law Day – September 13 ⚖️

Law is not just a set of rigid texts, but rather the art of shaping justice and a mirror reflecting the progress and refinement of societies.
It is:
🔹 The shield that protects human rights.
🔹 The compass of justice guiding judges, lawyers, and legislators.
🔹 The driving force for sustainable development and a more equitable society.

The mission of law goes beyond courtrooms and universities — it becomes a daily culture and a principle to be lived before it is applied.

Let us make September 13 a moment to reaffirm our belief that:
👉 There is no progress without justice, and no justice without law.



⚖️ اليوم العالمي للقانون – 13 سبتمبر ⚖️

القانون ليس مجرد نصوص جامدة، بل هو فن صناعة العدالة ومرآة تعكس تطور المجتمعات ورقيها.
إنه:
🔹 درع الحقوق الذي يحمي الإنسان.
🔹 بوصلة العدالة التي ترشد القاضي والمحامي والمشرّع.
🔹 قوة التغيير التي تدفع نحو تنمية مستدامة ومجتمع أكثر إنصافًا.

إن رسالة القانون تتجاوز حدود المحاكم والجامعات، لتصل إلى حياة كل فرد، حيث يتحول إلى ثقافة يومية، ومبدأ يُعاش قبل أن يُطبّق.

فلنجعل من 13 سبتمبر مناسبة لتجديد إيماننا بأن:
👉 لا تقدم بلا عدالة، ولا عدالة بلا قانون.

✨ I had the honor today to attend an insightful lecture on Law 25-11 related to personal data protection, where key concepts, fundamental principles, and compliance mechanisms were thoroughly discussed.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Professor Bachir Taj Eddine for his valuable contribution and clarifications, as well as to the Institute of Business Law (IDA) and Legal Doctrine for the excellent organization of this outstanding legal event.

🔹 Such initiatives are a great opportunity to deepen our legal knowledge and stay updated with legislative developments, while promoting a stronger culture of compliance and protection of fundamental rights in the digital environment.



✨ كان لي الشرف اليوم بالمشاركة في محاضرة ثرية ومميزة حول القانون 25-11 المتعلق بحماية البيانات الشخصية، أين تم التطرق إلى مختلف المفاهيم الجديدة، المبادئ الأساسية، وآليات الامتثال لهذا الإطار القانوني الهام.

أود أن أتوجه بجزيل الشكر إلى الأستاذ بشير تاج الدين على مداخلته القيمة وما قدّمه من توضيحات دقيقة وإثراء للنقاش، كما أشكر معهد قانون الأعمال (IDA) ومؤسسة Legal Doctrine على التنظيم المحكم لهذه الفعالية القانونية المتميزة.

As part of my participation in the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF 2025), I had the pleasure of meeting with Mrs. Rebiha Beroual, President of the Algerian Federation for Economic Development and Joint Cooperation.

Our discussion focused on:
🔹 The vibrant atmosphere of this major economic event.
🔹 The presence of leading companies and economic institutions from Algeria and across Africa.
🔹 The current state of intra-African trade and its role in driving development.
🔹 The importance of youth and startups in shaping a promising economic future.

🇩🇿 Such meetings represent a valuable opportunity to strengthen partnerships, exchange expertise, and encourage innovation and entrepreneurship among Algerian and African youth.

في إطار مشاركتي في افتتاحية المعرض البيني الإفريقي للتجارة (IATF 2025)، كان لي اليوم لقاء مثمر مع السيدة بروال ربيحة، رئيسة الفيدرالية الجزائرية للتنمية الاقتصادية والتعاون المشترك.

تمحورت محادثاتنا حول:
🔹 الأجواء المميزة لهذه الفعالية الاقتصادية الكبرى.
🔹 حضور الشركات والمؤسسات الاقتصادية الوطنية والإفريقية.
🔹 واقع التجارة البينية ودورها في دفع عجلة التنمية.
