First washed💦 coffee of the season is flowing through the mill at Banka Farm ! Today we’re producing washed coffee with our first cherry🍒 — mostly Catimor, plus some Yellow Caturra🍑. All perfectly ripe and carefully handled, setting the standard for the coffees roasters will rely on this season. This is how quality starts at origin.🌱
