If you directly handle some practical matters in mainland China with a judgment, there will usually be some obstacles. The parties have two options:
First, directly apply to the mainland court for recognition of divorce judgments, mediation documents, etc. in Taiwan;
Second, you can also choose to file a divorce lawsuit directly with a mainland court and get divorced according to the normal procedures.
However, please note that you can only choose one of the above two processes. Whichever comes first, the other program cannot be started.
如果直接拿着判决在大陆办理一些实务通常会产生一些阻碍，当事人有两条途径可以选择：
第一，直接向大陆法院申请认可台湾地区的离婚判决书、调解文书等；
第二，也可以选择直接向大陆法院提起离婚诉讼，按照正常流程离婚。
但是要注意以上两个流程只能二选一，谁在先，另一个程序就不能启动了。
