PINK OCTOBER: BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH.

October is recognized by the World Health Organization as Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

As a major stakeholder in Public health, RHIBMS joins the global community to raise awareness on breast cancer, its prevention, and the importance of early detection.

Breast cancer remains one of the most common cancers affecting women worldwide, but early detection saves lives. We encourage all women to prioritize routine self-examinations and clinical screenings.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION: OUR FAVOURITE COMMUNICATIONS COACH

Dear RHIBMS Family,

Today, the RHIBMS Community Hub joins the world to celebrate a very special person — our favourite Communications Coach — on the occasion of her birthday.

Many of us had the privilege of meeting her here in RHIBMS, and we can boldly say it has been great. Her presence in our community has been inspiring, educative, and truly impactful.

What better way to mark her birthday than the way she did? In her own words: _"This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it."_ She celebrated by hosting over 700 people for a powerful training on Basic Communication Etiquettes, addressing those real yet neglected communication gaps we indulge in every day.

This is who she is — a woman who chooses to give value even on her own special day. A woman who believes that communication is not just a skill, but a daily brand.

For us at RHIBMS, her sessions have been more than just lectures. She has taught us how to speak with confidence, listen with empathy, and communicate with purpose. These are lessons that will guide us in our studies, in our careers, and in life.

On behalf of the entire RHIBMS student community, we want to say a big THANK YOU for all you do.
