🚢 I’m pleased to share that I’ll be attending the 9th Mare Forum Geneva 2026 as a Guest of Event Partner, a valuable opportunity to engage with leaders in maritime law and industry strategy.

I am particularly interested in discussions on seafarers’ working conditions and labour standards.

This is an area in which I have long been engaged, including through my contribution to the development of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006.

More recently, I have been involved in initiatives aimed at fostering dialogue with the International Labour Organization (ILO), notably as the MLC marks its 20th anniversary.

Благодарю за организацию ###II Дня RIPERT 2025, посвящённого правовым вызовам декарбонизации морского транспорта.

Я выступил в качестве председателя Комиссии по энергетике AFDM на панели по ядерной пропульсии.
