📢 **بروزرسانی مهم از IRCC: تغییرات در دستورالعمل‌های ویزای توریستی از تاریخ 6 نوامبر 2024**

IRCC دستورالعمل‌های خود را در خصوص ویزاهای ورود چندگانه به‌روزرسانی کرده است. از این پس، ویزاهای ورود چندگانه با مدت اعتبار حداکثر 5 یا 10 سال دیگر به‌طور پیش‌فرض صادر نخواهند شد.

افسران مهاجرت اکنون این اختیار را دارند که ویزای ورود تک‌ورود یا چندورود صادر کنند و مدت اعتبار آن را بر اساس شرایط خاص هر متقاضی تعیین نمایند.

عوامل کلیدی مؤثر در تصمیم‌گیری عبارتند از:

- هدف از سفر، مانند فعالیت‌های تجاری کوتاه‌مدت؛
- وضعیت متقاضی در کشور محل اقامت فعلی و تغییرات احتمالی در ارتباطات او با کشور خود و کانادا؛
- ثبات شرایط اقتصادی یا سیاسی در کشور متقاضی.

📢 Important Update from IRCC: Changes to Tourist Visa Guidelines as of November 6, 2024

The IRCC has revised its guidance regarding multiple-entry visas. Going forward, multiple-entry visas with a maximum validity of 5 or 10 years are no longer the default.

Immigration officers now have the flexibility to issue either a single-entry or multiple-entry visa, with the validity period determined on a case-by-case basis.

Key factors influencing the decision include:

- The purpose of the visit, such as short-term business activities;
- The applicant's status in their current country of residence and potential changes to their ties with both their home country and Canada; and
- The stability of economic or political conditions in the applicant’s home country.

These updates emphasize a more individualized approach to visa issuance, tailored to each applicant's specific circumstances.
