⚖️ 🎭 CALLING ALL ACTING AND MUSICAL TALENTS IN THE LEGAL COMMUNITY!!

Touchstone is holding auditions for the 2025 Lawyer Show presentation of comical feast, THE ADDAMS FAMILY MUSICAL! The production is the largest fundraising event for Touchstone Theatre Society, a registered charity and one of Vancouver’s most respected professional theatre companies.

The 2025 Lawyer Show marks the 22nd production where the finest acting and musical talents of Vancouver’s legal community take the stage. Professional directors and designers guide the selected participants through a remarkable creative process culminating in five performances from May 28 - 31, 2025 at the stunning BMO Theatre Centre in Olympic Village.

Auditions are for both ACTORS and MUSICIANS. All legal professionals are welcome!

💫 And here they are - the amazing cast & band of The Lawyer Show 2024, Touchstone Theatre’s largest fundraising effort of the year!! It’s a little over five weeks till opening and the box office is a’buzzing!

Join us June 19-22 at the BMO Theatre Centre in Olympic Village for this year’s presentation of Into the Woods, Stephen Sondheim’s modern masterpiece, directed by Jennifer Copping with musical director Marguerite Witvoet.

An innovative model of how the performing arts + business sector can work together, the Lawyer Show will dazzle and entertain as it raises money in support of the Canadian artistic voices champions. A catered reception follows each nightly performance and an online silent auction will run alongside the event with spectacular offerings from hotel stays to one of a kind artworks.

It is with a heavy heart that we have decided that we must cancel this year’s Lawyer Show due to COVID-19. The well-being and safety of our cast, supporters and audience is our top priority.

As non-profit theatre organizations, Carousel Theatre for Young People and Touchstone Theatre depend on the support of the Lawyer Show fundraiser to allow us to continue to create and produce excellent live theatre for the community.
