The employer already had an existing LMIA and had reached the cap for hiring TFWs. Our team carefully assessed the situation, explained all possible options, and guided the employer through every step based on LMIA guidelines. With teamwork, patience, and cooperation, we achieved a positive LMIA.

✨ Another Permanent Residence APPROVED! ✨

With everything happening in the news lately, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. But today, I’m reminded once again that there is always hope, and that what your heart desires will come to you at the right time and under the right circumstances.

This Permanent Residence application was not an easy journey. We received a Procedural Fairness Letter (PFL) from IRCC, which required a strong and well‑supported response. I conducted extensive research, prepared a detailed submission, and cited relevant case law to support our position. With the full cooperation and trust of my clients, we were able to submit substantial evidence and a comprehensive explanation addressing IRCC’s concerns.

By God’s grace — and through a carefully crafted response — we successfully overturned the decision, and today we celebrate the approval of my client’s Permanent Residence (Sponsorship) application. 🙏✨

Unity Pacific Immigration is truly grateful to be part of this success and to share this wonderful news with my clients.

Canada is advancing negotiations on a new free trade agreement with the Philippines — a fast‑growing market of more than 100 million people. This agreement is expected to more than double our bilateral trade and open major new opportunities for Canadian businesses and workers, particularly in agriculture, agri‑food, forestry, and other high‑value sectors.

On July 1, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. was welcomed by Prime Minister Mark Carney as they continue working together to unlock new economic opportunities, strengthen supply chains, and deepen the partnership between our countries.

I hope these efforts will also bring positive support to our kababayan who continue to pursue their Canadian dream — creating pathways that help families, workers, and communities thrive.
