The Francophone Mobility Program is a specialized work permit stream under Canada’s International Mobility Program (IMP). It’s designed to attract French-speaking foreign nationals to work in provinces and territories outside Quebec, supporting the growth of Francophone communities across the country.

• Pay the CAD$230 compliance fee to IRCC.

📌 Minimum Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Work Experience
You must have at least 1 year (1,560 hours) of skilled work experience in Canada
➡️ Gained within the last 3 years (36 months)
➡️ Can be full-time or part-time combined

🗣️ Language Requirements
✔️ CLB 5 – For TEER 2 or 3 jobs
✔️ CLB 7 – For TEER 0 or 1 jobs

📍 Location Requirement
✔️ You must plan to live outside Quebec
➡️ If planning to stay in Quebec, apply under Quebec programs instead
