SOLD & CLOSED 💥 BOOM 💥

This one was a roller coaster 🎢 from start to finish.

This file came to me as a referral from a great past client, which always raises the bar. When someone trusts you enough to refer their people, the responsibility hits differently. I was determined to deliver, knowing the result reflected not just on me, but on the trust behind that referral 🤝.

The deal came together just before Christmas 🎄, originally aiming for a year end closing. Tight timelines, the holidays, and very little margin for error.

At that point, we did not know there would be a challenge inside the house. The first hurdle was access. The tenants and the seller were both away for the holidays and there was no key readily available. I asked the tenant to courier one from up north and was in the process of arranging it, when her roommate remembered there was a spare stored on site.

That led to one of those moments you do not forget ❄️. Minus thirty weather, shovelling through snow, finding a frozen padlocked shed, using a kettle of boiling water to free the lock, and then dealing with a shed door that was frozen shut as well. Not glamorous, but access was gained and things kept moving.

Once inside and the inspection took place, there would be a plumbing issue to address which caused a leak. The seller acted quickly and handled it properly, keeping the deal alive.

The closing was then compressed into a one week timeline ⏱️. Even then, it did not close exactly on the agreed upon day. A last minute issue affecting the buyer’s funds required an extension. Of course it did.

Through it all, the agent on the other side worked relentlessly to keep communication moving, and the buyer approached everything thoughtfully and carefully, which was completely fair given the circumstances.

In the end, the deal closed yesterday ✅.

These are the transactions people never see online. The pressure, the curveballs, the responsibility, and the patience it takes to see things through when walking away would be easier.

Not easy. Very real. But done & SOLD. 💪🚀🚀🚀

This one came with real intensity.

We were not just buying a home. We were doing it while juggling the sale of my buyers’ current place, lining up timing properly, and making sure they could secure the right home first. Anyone who has been through that knows how narrow the margin for error is.

There were a lot of moving pieces and plenty of high stakes moments where staying calm and decisive mattered more than anything else.

To add to it, my second daughter was born right in the middle of this deal. Timelines were tight. I left the hospital and went straight to the home inspection, because when clients trust you with something this important, you do everything in your power to show up.

My buyers were outstanding throughout the process. Focused, patient, and clear on what they wanted. They trusted the strategy, stayed steady under pressure, and handled everything the right way.

Huge credit to my amazing colleague , who really came through in a big way and helped at every step possible. Her clients are lucky to have her, and it was genuinely a pleasure working alongside her and her sellers. Professional, collaborative, and solutions first from start to finish.

Proud of this one. Proud of how it came together under pressure. And excited for my buyers as they begin their next chapter in a home with real history and heart.

2025 it’s been real.

This year was about so much more than work. We achieved great things as a family. We bought a new home, welcomed our second daughter into the world, and watched our lives grow in ways that are hard to put into words. We experienced loss, which brought everything into perspective and reminded us what truly matters. Through it all, the year was simply beautiful.

On the work side, it was a year built on trust, consistency, and real relationships. Homes bought. Homes sold. Wins that felt earned. Lessons that mattered. Clients who became friends and friends who became clients. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who put their trust in me and allowed me to be part of such important decisions.

2025 reinforced what matters most. Family first. Relationships always. Show up, do good work, be a great human, and stay grounded.

Every client who hires me puts real trust in my hands and I take that seriously. That trust is the reason I show up the way I do. It is the reason I push hard. It is the reason I close. This sale was no different. It simply carried a little more weight because of the history behind it and what this home meant to the people selling it.

The listing rolled out strong. The marketing hit. The house looked incredible. And then, like real estate always does, the end brought a few surprises. Nothing easy about it. But that is where experience takes over. That is where staying calm matters. That is where deals get saved.

My sellers were amazing through it all. Patient. Focused. Fully engaged. They listened, stayed proactive, and handled each step like seasoned pros. I could not have asked for better partners in the process.

During the inspection, they left the buyers a handwritten letter.
