Minister Lena Diab Announces New Canada Entry Ban

Effective May 27, 11:59pm

Canada is temporarily suspending immigration processing and restricting entry from Ebola-affected regions, including Congo, Uganda, and South Sudan, citing public health concerns. The emergency measures include paused approvals and additional travel restrictions as officials work to prevent the spread of Ebola into Canada.
