✨ Meet Sally ✨
Sally is the Founder and Principal Lawyer at Mahin Law.
Sally has exclusively practiced in the area of Family Law since her Call to the Bar. She articled at a Family Law firm in Barrie before working as an associate lawyer at two Family Law firms located in Markham and Toronto.
All of these experiences exposed Sally to a broad range of Family Law matters in and out of Court. Sally is a versatile and well-rounded lawyer. She drafts complex separation agreements and parenting plans, litigates Family Law matters before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, and represents her clients in mediation and arbitration. Sally provides her clients with sound legal advice, compassion and guidance, so they can always make the best decision for themselves and their family.
Sally was also recognized by her peers in the 2024 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada, for her work in Family Law.
