Kristin is an accredited mediator, collaborative lawyer and experienced litigator, having advocated for clients at the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen's Bench, and the Alberta Court of Appeal. She then went onto the University of Alberta to complete her Master of Arts Degree in the Sociology of Law and her Bachelor of Laws Degree. Kristin offers a variety of skill sets to her clients. On the family side of her practice, Kristin collaborates with her clients to achieve results that create certainty, preserves families, and reduces financial loss. With her real estate clients Kristin works with various other professionals competent to conclude transactions in a seamless, timely, and cost-effective way. Finally, when working with clients to meet their estate planning and administration needs, Kristin helps identify and put in place the key piece: to a solid plan so that her clients can say, with confidence, their affairs are in order for whatever contingencies lie ahead. Kristin is actively involved in the Southern Alberta community. She was an adjunct professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Lethbridge for several year: and is a long-time instructor of the Parenting After Separation Course. Kristin is Past President of Executive Women's International (Lethbridge Chapter), Past Chairperson of the Lethbridge Bar Association 100th Anniversary Committee, former Chair of the Planned Giving Advancement Committee at the University of Lethbridge and currently volunteers her time at Lethbridge Legal Guidance, and Womanspace
In her free time, Kristin enjoys antique shopping, reading about the Royal Family in England and decorating her home.
