From Articling Student to Lawyer. Kainth Law Group welcomes its newest associate Mr. Soni.

Parth brings a deep-rooted legal heritage and a thoughtful, client-focused approach to his legal practice. As a third-generation lawyer, Parth grew up immersed in the practice of law, developing an early understanding that effective advocacy is built on trust, understanding, and clarity.

Parth practices family law, real estate, and wills and estates, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how these areas intersect. This cross-disciplinary insight allows him to advise clients thoughtfully on matters involving family, property, and estate considerations, helping them make informed decisions.

Parth earned his law degree in India and practiced for four years in family law, real estate, and criminal matters, gaining substantial hands-on experience advising clients and navigating complex legal issues.

Based in Kitchener, Parth has made the Waterloo Region his home and continues to build his legal practice with dedication and purpose. He is known for his attention to detail, strong critical thinking, compassionate advocacy, and ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical, client-friendly advice.

Parth is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, bringing cultural competence to his practice and a strong awareness of the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds. He believes the most effective legal solutions come from truly understanding people—not just their legal problems.

Outside the office, Parth enjoys gardening, cooking for family and friends, and meaningful conversations that spark learning and connection.

Parth is a member of the Waterloo Region Law Association and the Ontario Bar Association.

Moving in together?

A cohabitation agreement helps you get clear on money, property, and expectations—so you can focus on the relationship, not the “what ifs.”

It can help:
• reduce future legal costs
• outline rights and obligations if you separate
• protect what you’re bringing into the relationship
• give both of you peace of mind
