Welcome to the Rosedale Home Group! I am Don Higginbottom, together with my partner Bailey Smith we wanted to create this group to help in our favourite neighborhood by being informative about the market specifically for your area.

I personally was born and raised in Hamilton and fell in love with the neighborhood while growing up playing hockey at Rosedale arena. I now love the game of golf and enjoy the challenge that is King’s Forest. I have friends and family that reside in the area and Rosedale has always felt like home to me.

As a realtor nothing is more important to me than the clients I work for. I look to help in any way possible and look forward to seeing you around Rosedale!

I’d like to formally introduce myself, my name is Bailey Smith and I’m a registered Realtor® with Revel Realty Hamilton Central.

I’ve been in the real estate business for 2.5 years. My team and I have helped over 300 families buy, sell and invest in real estate in our short 2 years together.

I am a resident of the Rosedale Neighbourhood in Hamilton. I moved into the neighbourhood in 2016. I was fresh out of college and looking for a safe place to call home. Luckily, I found a place in Rosedale and never looked back. I fell in love with the community almost immediately. Like a lot of Rosedale residence, I walk my dog Donny through King’s Forest frequently. I love a good burrito from ### Burrito, and Raj at Big Bee never fails to make my day.

My partner Don and I have created the Rosedale Neighbourhood group, in hopes of becoming the go-to sales team for Rosedale. I strongly believe that as Realtor’s, our job is to be experts. The only way to be an expert in a certain area is to know the ins and the outs of the community itself. It’s hard to classify yourself as an expert, when you sell in multiple cities/ neighbourhoods. We’ve had the ability to hone in on one neighbourhood, to best serve all current and soon to be Rosedale residents.

I believe I am best suited to sell your home in Rosedale, simply because I believe in the product; more so I believe in the community and the people who live in Rosedale.
