And you get to do this all while:

✅ Paying it back only when you sell, or pass away

This can be a smart option for retirees who are “house rich but cash poor”, and looking to ease cash flow, pay off debt, or help their kids with a down payment — but it’s not for everyone.

The day we receive an offer: 58

The numbers didn't lie, and my clients had faith in me that we would get their home sold. And we did. We SOLD IT!

We not only got well above my clients bottom line, but we also negotiated a steal on their new detached home. It was a long process in this slow market, but I was able to guide them along on the journey, reporting back stats on a weekly basis, and keeping them informed with the market trends. We were able to adjust our price and get the right buyer pool in for showings, and finally negotiate a price that made my clients super happy.

And yes, their new home has a pool table, which I cannot wait to go over and enjoy! Cannot wait to see my clients make new memories in their new home.
