Immediate Opening for a paralegal/admin support.
Highlander Law Group, a general practice law firm in Tantallon, is seeking a paralegal/office administrative assistant.
In addition to driving against traffic to an office with free parking, we also offer a genuinely fun office environment. We take work/life balance seriously - no evenings or weekends and we close for the day at 4pm. Full benefits included.
The role will include reception work, office administration tasks and a wide variety of tasks supporting the lawyers with their files (Property, Estates, Litigation, Family).
We are looking for someone with excellent computer skills and who takes pride in an ability to produce accurate work, while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to continually learn. Law firm experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Position is full time and starts immediately upon hiring.
