Knowing what actually matters and what to do with it is the difficult part.

One of your biggest advantages in real estate is choosing who represents you. Interview multiple real estate agents. Ask questions, compare approaches, and find someone whose personality, experience, and communication style fit what you need.

My background is a combination of technical education, communication, marketing, technology, and content creation. I completed a two year diploma in Civil Engineering Technician , which gave me a strong foundation in technical thinking, attention to detail, and problem solving. I did not stop learning there. I have continued developing my skills in communication, digital marketing, technology, content creation, and most importantly, understanding people. I have always been curious about how people think, what they value, and what actually influences their decisions.

That curiosity led me into YouTube and content creation, where I spent years communicating with and learning from a large audience. It also led me toward writing and reading about different people, cultures, situations, and ideas. I bring that same curiosity and approach into real estate.

The Bank of Canada is keeping rates steady for now. 🏦

Canada’s economy showed signs of improvement last quarter, with stronger GDP growth, increased consumer spending, and a slight drop in unemployment.

But inflation is still running around 3%, largely due to higher gas and energy prices. New U.S. tariffs and Canadian counter-tariffs are also adding uncertainty and could push costs higher.

For now, the Bank is taking a wait-and-see approach. đź‘€
Before the next rate decision, it will be watching inflation, the strength of Canada’s economic recovery, energy prices, and the impact of ongoing trade tensions.

The next announcement is scheduled for October 28, 2026.
