Ben Adelson has 10 years of experience in private equity and M&A deal ex*****on. He was most recently a Partner in Kirkland & Ellis' corporate group in Dallas, where he represented private equity funds, their portfolio companies, founders, start-ups and public companies on their acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, financings, joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate matters.
