Its impossible to duplicate the effort of Derek White's Charter case; however my office is motivated to address misconceptions that have been allowed to get repeated.
Shenandoah case 2015 and others justifies heavy CBSA hand by citing community response to its officers carrying guns.
But no mention is made of the several access points to Snye and St. Regis. No check ins, etc.

My office is listening to the "Derek White case". The case drew media coverage when he made a Charter argument that the Excise Act (covering unstamped to***co) can not apply to Kahnawake Mohawks as it violates s.35 of the Charter.
My office will be re-evaluating all CBSA cases.
In the 2015 case of "Shenandoah and Thompson" the court said "There is no expert evidence relied upon to establish the psychological impact on the Akwesasne community."
ITS TIME TO GET AN EXPERT TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE. Any ideas who?
