Cities often show growth before prices catch up 📈
Like it or not, if you live in the lower mainland, your city is probably growing. New infrastructure, new transit options (like Skytrain), new schools, new community centers. While these things often bring price growth, they are often controversial, especially for community members who are worried that change will bring more traffic, more density, and more problems.
