Today Advocate Sadiul Islam Hridoy, the Head of our Chamber, adjudicates a matter related to a partition instrument which is registered in 1968.
Both the plaintiffs and defendants have come to the court premises, with a view to executing the honourable court's order. The parties hire four (4) advocates and local leaders for solving their legal matter.
After a long discussion, the President of the house, gives a legal as well as equitable verdict. This legal mechanism is called Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). It is high time to take ADR process very strongly in our local adjudicating arena !
