About Facilitator:
Mr. Fazle Rabbi Tawhid is a distinguished legal activist and youth leader dedicated to advancing legal awareness and access to justice in Bangladesh. He is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Legal Empowerment Bangladesh (LEB), an initiative committed to promoting legal literacy and providing legal aid to underserved communities.
Mr. Tawhid has demonstrated exceptional leadership from an early stage in his career. He previously served as the youngest President of the Network for International Law Students (NILS) Chittagong University Chapter, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s academic and advocacy initiatives. Building on this success, he went on to become the youngest National President of NILS Bangladesh, contributing significantly to the development of legal education and student engagement at the national level.
In addition to his work with NILS, he is the founding President of Consumers Association of Bangladesh (CAB) Youth, Chittagong University Chapter, reflecting his commitment to consumer rights and civic activism. He currently serves as the elected Law & Human Rights Secretary of the Chittagong University Central Students’ Union (CUCSU), where he continues to advocate for student rights and legal empowerment.
Academically, Mr. Tawhid completed his LL.B. (Honours) from the University of Chittagong and is presently pursuing his LL.M. at the same institution, further deepening his expertise in law and human rights.
