Junior Executive – Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in outbound marketing promotional activities.
Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain client relationships.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and social media.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates or Pursuing bachelor are encouraged to apply.

* Possess strong knowledge of international and domestic tour packages, hotel bookings, popular travel destinations, and visa procedures for various countries.
* Handle customer inquiries related to tour packages, visa services, travel requirements, and destination information.
* Guide clients on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
* Verify and review all submitted documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Prepare and submit visa applications through embassies, consulates, and visa application centers.
* Maintain regular communication with clients regarding application status, updates, and travel arrangements.
* Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the travel and visa processing journey.
* Stay updated on travel regulations, visa policies, and destination requirements.

# # # Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Previous experience in the travel, tourism, or visa processing industry will be an advantage.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
