যাহাকে ভালোবাসি সে যদি ভালো না বাসে,
এমনকি ঘৃণাও করে তাও বোধ করি সহ্য হয়!
কিন্তু যাহার ভালবাসা পাইয়াছি
বলিয়া বিশ্বাস করেছি, সেইখানে ভুল
ভাঙ্গিয়া যাওয়াটাই সবচেয়ে নিদারুন।
পূর্বের টা ব্যাথা দেয়।
কিন্তু শেষের টা ব্যাথাও দেয়, অপমান ও করে।

Be a hand-raiser and don’t overthink things.

Respect yourself. When we don't respect others, in fact we don't respect ourselves. As a result when an opportunity is presented by someone else, we deny to join in. We deny because we often reflect too hard and too long on whether we’re qualified.

We tend to grade ourselves harder. We don’t give ourselves enough credit for our strengths, and we worry that we might not be good enough in areas where we need to get involved. And we forget the value proposition we could bring in.

Let not self-doubt creep into the equation.

By the time we finish our self-assessment and are ready to raise our hand, the opportunity may be gone.

Unlike in traditional chess — where you are more or less responsible for every single blunder you make — four player chess really does come down to a game of luck for the most part, since there is literally nothing you can do if three people at the start decide to raid your side of the board and potentially weaken you, or even place you in checkmate before you even got a chance to get into the game.
