Position Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to designated departments, aligning human resources practices with business objectives. This role involves providing expert HR guidance, managing employee relations, and implementing HR initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering:

* Collaborate with functional leaders to understand departmental goals and provide strategic HR support

Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent deployment, and organizational design

* Act as a key advisor on HR-related issues including performance, behavior, and compliance

HR Operations & Payroll:

* Supervise day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping

Labor Law Compliance:

Qualifications:

BBA in Human Resources, or any related field; MBA degree is preferred

* 7-8 years of experience in an HRBP or any similar role, preferably within the healthcare sector
