রেজিষ্ট্রেশন আইন ১৯০৮ সংশোধন হলো। এখন থেকে ওয়ারিশসূত্রে প্রাপ্ত সম্পত্তি বিক্রি, পাওয়ার অব অ্যাটর্নী, হেবা/দান, হেবার ঘোষণা /দানের ঘোষণা সব দলিল রেজিস্ট্রি করা যাবে, নিজ নামে নামজারির প্রয়োজন নেই।
