বাংলাদেশে জামিনের বিষয়গুলি আদালত দ্বারা নির্ধারিত হয়, যার নির্দিষ্ট আইনি পরিস্থিতির উপর ভিত্তি করে স্থায়ী জামিন বাতিল, সম্প্রসারণ বা মঞ্জুর করার ক্ষমতা রয়েছে।

বিভিন্ন শর্তে জামিন বাতিল হতে পারেঃ
- যদি অভিযুক্ত আদালতের শর্ত লঙ্ঘন করে
- জামিনে থাকাকালীন অভিযুক্ত যদি অন্য কোনও অপরাধ করে
- অভিযুক্তের পালানোর সম্ভাবনা থাকলে
- যদি অভিযুক্ত শক্তিশালী প্রমাণ দ্বারা সমর্থিত গুরুতর অভিযোগের মুখোমুখি হয়
- যদি অভিযুক্ত বিচারিক প্রক্রিয়ায় হস্তক্ষেপ করে

নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে জামিনের মেয়াদ বাড়ানো যেতে পারেঃ
- অসম্পূর্ণ তদন্ত
- প্রত্যাহারের সমর্থনে নতুন প্রমাণের অনুপস্থিতি
- অভিযুক্তরা জামিনের সমস্ত নিয়ম মেনে চলে
- বিচার প্রক্রিয়ায় বিলম্ব

স্থায়ী জামিন প্রদান করা যেতে পারে যখনঃ
- প্রমাণের অভাব
- অভিযুক্তের গুরুতর স্বাস্থ্য সমস্যা রয়েছে।

আদালতের সিদ্ধান্তগুলি আইনি বিধান এবং প্রতিটি মামলার সুনির্দিষ্ট বিষয় দ্বারা প্রভাবিত হয়, কিছু ক্ষেত্রে উচ্চতর আদালতে আপিল করার সম্ভাবনা থাকে।
