Our clients have started to contact us after the recent Budget announcement regarding Testamentary Trusts. If you are worried, please contact us. But before considering restructuring, consider the purpose you hope to achieve with the Trust. Consider the ramifications the restructure may have in the Family Court should your children end up in a divorce.
