We are looking for a legal secretary/PA to be based at our Augustine Heights office. Full time position with flexibility to work around school hours etc.

Experience in property law, experience with Leap software and JP or CDEC qualifications preferred but not essential.

Having pride in your work (especially your attention to detail) as well as strong customer service skills are required.

Our work is specialised and varies between consulting to other law firms on unique or complex property law matters to working with developers on subdivision and development projects. We do not do ‘cottage’ conveyancing.

After a crazy 2020 our team would like to wish everyone a very safe and joyful holiday period! We look forward to seeing everyone again in the New Year and are praying for a better year for all.

Please note our team will be taking a break and we will be closed from 4:00pm Wednesday 23 December and will return to work 9:00am Monday 11 January 2021.

It's been a little quiet on Facebook for our team over the last couple of months, but there were some good reasons why...

1. We welcomed the newest Dream Team member - Aniah in late August (which has seen Skye begin her maternity leave);
2. Simon presented at a number of conferences for the Queensland Law Society - including two sessions at their Property Law Conference and their Conveyancing Conference and he also led their 2-day Introduction to Conveyancing Course;
3. Simone enjoyed a well-deserved and spiritually-enlightening holiday in Israel (and other places);
4. Claire enjoyed a well-deserved and love-filled family holiday in Bali;
5. We also celebrated birthdays for Simone, Claire and Simon who are all born within a month of each other; and
6. Of course (and most importantly), we have been actively working with our clients on their property law matters that are currently ranging from disputed co-ownership sales to commercial lease negotiations to Council compulsory acquisitions and everything 'property' in between!
