VIC state nomination opened today (2 October 2025) with interim allocations of 200 places for 190 visa and 180 places for 491 visa.

The same criteria applies as of last financial year's nomination criteria for the 190 visa but for the 491 visa, applicants should be living and working in regional Victoria.
