The tone for the evening couldn’t be set by a more fitting guest.
We are incredibly proud to welcome Olivia Coe Fox back to No Safe Screen to deliver our Welcome to Country and Acknowledgment.
A proud Wiradjuri woman, Olivia is an acclaimed singer, songwriter and storyteller who uses music, Language and culture to create moments that are both powerful and deeply moving. Every performance is an invitation to connect, reflect and celebrate the enduring strength of First Nations peoples and cultures.
Many will recognise Olivia from her unforgettable four-chair-turn audition on The Voice Australia, where her stunning performance of I Am Australian in both English and Yawuru, alongside didgeridoo player Neenan Simpson, captured the hearts of audiences across Australia.
Since then, Olivia has performed on some of the country’s biggest stages, including Australia Day Live at the Sydney Opera House Forecourt, WugulOra at Barangaroo, the reopening of Allianz Stadium, the Australian Open’s Evonne Goolagong Cawley Day, the NRL All Stars, and countless government, corporate and community events nationwide.
There is no more fitting way to begin an evening dedicated to meaningful conversation, connection and creating genuine impact.
We are honoured to have Olivia help open No Safe Screen and can’t wait to share this unforgettable moment with you.
