The tone for the evening couldn’t be set by a more fitting guest.

We are incredibly proud to welcome Olivia Coe Fox back to No Safe Screen to deliver our Welcome to Country and Acknowledgment.

A proud Wiradjuri woman, Olivia is an acclaimed singer, songwriter and storyteller who uses music, Language and culture to create moments that are both powerful and deeply moving. Every performance is an invitation to connect, reflect and celebrate the enduring strength of First Nations peoples and cultures.

Many will recognise Olivia from her unforgettable four-chair-turn audition on The Voice Australia, where her stunning performance of I Am Australian in both English and Yawuru, alongside didgeridoo player Neenan Simpson, captured the hearts of audiences across Australia.

Since then, Olivia has performed on some of the country’s biggest stages, including Australia Day Live at the Sydney Opera House Forecourt, WugulOra at Barangaroo, the reopening of Allianz Stadium, the Australian Open’s Evonne Goolagong Cawley Day, the NRL All Stars, and countless government, corporate and community events nationwide.

There is no more fitting way to begin an evening dedicated to meaningful conversation, connection and creating genuine impact.

We are honoured to have Olivia help open No Safe Screen and can’t wait to share this unforgettable moment with you.

“My absolute lifeline.” 🤍

Reviews like this mean more to our team than we can put into words.

Family law often finds people at one of the most emotionally exhausting points in their lives. Sometimes, when a client is tired and simply wants it all to be over, they need someone in their corner reminding them not to compromise their worth just to make the fight stop.

That is exactly the kind of lawyer Melanie strives to be.

Someone who will give you honest advice, talk sense into you when you need it, fight for the right outcome and make sure you never feel like you’re navigating it alone.

We are incredibly proud of Melanie, Xara and the entire Melmark team for the care they bring to every matter.

And Brighley, thank you for trusting us when you needed someone in your corner. Reviews like this are exactly why we do what we do. 🤍

More than a file. More than an outcome. There’s a person behind every matter

✨ Some new team members aren’t actually that new.

We’re so excited to welcome Linda to Melmark Law as our Office & Accounts Manager. 🤍

Melanie and Linda actually worked together many years ago. Since then, they’ve both gone their separate ways, built their careers, had babies and somehow found their way back to working together again.

A little full circle moment. 🤍

Linda brings more than 10 years of experience in family law as a Paralegal and Office Manager, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology and an Associate Degree in Legal Practice.

So she absolutely knows her stuff.

But more importantly, she’s just a really good human.

She’s calm, ridiculously organised, caring and down to earth. She understands family law, she understands how a law firm works and, most importantly, she understands people.

Linda works behind the scenes helping keep our lawyers organised, our matters moving and the whole Melmark machine running smoothly. And when our clients are going through what can be one of the hardest periods of their lives, having someone with Linda’s experience and genuine care as part of the team makes a difference.

Linda is also a mum to a beautiful little one, and one of the things we’re really proud of at Melmark Law is creating a workplace where having a career and having a family don’t have to compete with each other.

Outside of work, she loves a good coffee, a sweet treat and adventuring with her family. ☕️

We’re very lucky to have Linda’s experience, warmth and calm head as part of our little team.

Welcome to Melmark Law, Linda. We’re so happy our paths crossed again. 💙

The first 7 days after separation?
This is where cases are quietly won or lost.

Not in Court.
Not months later.

Right here.

We see it every day.
People making quick decisions to keep the peace…
And then spending months trying to undo them.

If you have just separated, slow it down.

Think strategically.
Protect your position.
Get advice early.

Because once a pattern forms, it is very hard to change.

If you are in this position now, you do not have to figure it out alone..
