Major changes are coming to property sales in Queensland!
From 1 August 2025, sellers will need to provide a Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement before a buyer signs the contract — or risk the deal falling through.
This is one of the biggest reforms to Queensland property law in decades — shifting us away from “buyer beware” toward a fairer, more transparent system.
