Last night, Sarah Thorpe and Tom Stanbury from our team attended the NDLSS Boutique & Non-Commercial Careers Fair.

It was a great opportunity to speak with enthusiastic law students about what we do at TLS, the fascinating world of Wills and Estates law, and what it’s like to work at a specialist, boutique law firm.

Yesterday in a joint press conference held by Anthony Albanese and Jim Chalmers, it was announced that all testamentary trusts, including testamentary discretionary trusts (TDTs) will be exempt from the proposed 30% minimum tax.
