PSP Lawyers appeared at the Magistrates Court ACT with our counsel, we represented our client from his Bail to Final Hearing yesterday 2 March 2026.

After negotiations with the prosecution, three out of five charges were withdrawn. Our client entered pleas of guilty to the remaining two charges.

The Court ordered no conviction be recorded and imposed a twelve-month Good Behaviour Bond.

We are pleased to have achieved a positive result for our client, ensuring future is not impacted by a recorded conviction.
