Mind the Gap Program Aimed at allowing an early experience into the legal world, the Mind the Gap Program is designed to help students achieve a valuable insight into law.

The Mind the Gap Program was started by Elizabeth Fleming & Associates in 2014 in an effort to bring our young Lawyers back to our area. Every year we offer 2 school leavers the opportunity to work in our firm for a year before commencing Law. The Program is aimed at providing exposure to the Law prior to commencing Law and to assist in clarifying what they really want to do prior to commencing study.
