And that’s a wrap on the quarter!

We brought the Belle team together this morning ahead of Easter to celebrate some great results and milestones, and reset for what’s next.

Our theme was “Above the Noise.” There’s a lot happening at the moment around the world, and it’s easy to get distracted, so it’s about staying focused on what matters and continuing to show up consistently for our clients and each other.

We also spent some time revisiting our team values and introducing Belle PACT. When we talk about the PACT, it’s really just shorthand for the standards we expect from ourselves and from each other as a team.

Always a highlight hearing from our resident dietitian, Zoe Brain, a great reminder on fuelling yourself properly so you can perform at your best. But for now, I’m off to enjoy some hot cross buns… guilt-free, sorry Zoe Brain 😉
