Wildly understating it to say how disappointing it is to know that allegations dating back YEARS have been made about someone who is upheld as an advocate in the disability community. Allegations at this stage. But multiple and historical. No one, no worker or volunteer or peer, should feel unsafe in the workplace. Reminder that there's a positive duty to eliminate psychosocial hazards in the workplace (including work done by volunteers). Harassment is a psychosocial hazard.
