Our team is expanding and we are on the hunt for our next team member based out of our new office in The Gables.
The ideal candidate will have:
☑️ 2+ Years of Corporate/Commercial Experience
☑️ Experience in drafting and negotiating documents, including but not limited to court pleadings and correspondence, and have strong technical skills
☑️ Experience in drafting and negotiating key corporate and commercial documents such as sale and purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, and disclosure materials
