On Friday 4 September, the Beaumont Property Group team came together for an unforgettable Masquerade Ball, celebrating the people, achievements and moments that have shaped another incredible year.

Our annual awards night brought together our teams from across Beaumont Property Group, Coutts, Norwest Commercial and Industrial, Beaumont Strata Management and Waratah Strata Management for a night of elegance, entertainment and recognition.

From the moment the masks went on, the evening delivered in true Beaumont style, with spectacular opera performances, incredible dancers, exquisite styling and plenty of moments worth remembering. 🥂✨

JERSEY DAY 2026 💙

On Friday, 4 September, the Beaumont Property Group team swapped workwear for our favourite sporting jerseys to support a cause that means so much to our organisation.
Jersey Day was about more than the jerseys we wore. It was an opportunity to start conversations and raise awareness about organ and tissue donation, and the incredible difference one decision can make to the lives of others.

This cause holds a particularly special place within Beaumont Property Group. Former director, Peter Beaumont, was tragically taken ten years ago. He was an organ donor who saved the lives of five people, and supporting organ and tissue donation was one of the last initiatives he was working on.

Taking part in Jersey Day each year is a meaningful way for us to honour Peter’s legacy and continue the conversation around organ and tissue donation.

Jersey Day was established to honour the legacy of Nathan Gremmo, who became an organ donor at just 13 years old, giving six people the opportunity for a second chance at life.

A conversation today could help save a life tomorrow.

When a strata community is running smoothly, it can be easy to assume everything simply happens in the background.

But behind clean common areas, resolved issues and a building that feels well cared for is a constant stream of work. A complaint is rarely just about the issue. In strata, concerns around noise, parking, maintenance, by-laws or communication can quickly become emotionally charged, particularly when residents feel unheard, inconvenienced or uncertain about what happens next.

Understanding the psychology behind complaints is therefore an important part of effective strata management.

So, what’s really driving resident frustration? Our graphic below explores some of the common psychological factors sitting behind a complaint and why understanding them can change the way strata managers respond.

The data reinforces why professional complaint management matters. NSW Government records show more than 965 complaints were made about strata agents to NSW Fair Trading in the five years to 2023, with more than half relating to rules of conduct, budgets, levies and finances.
