er as an investment or home to live in. Property investment is in my DNA – my grandfather was a home builder and my father would help him on site. As a result, many people asked for my advice on property investment, which led to me to write a book; The Home Owner’s Guide to Property Investment. Property, tennis and writing are my passions, along with sharing what I know with others. Competing at a professional level in Masters Tennis helps me keep fit and keep my mind sharp. Competitive by nature, I’m very driven when working with a client – it’s easy for me to find the right property as I’m meticulous, analytical and like to use numbers to make sound decisions. After completing a Bachelor of Property, I worked in sales before becoming a property scout. Researching and buying properties then became my full time career. I’m extremely skilled in finding great properties, and knowing, through hands-on experience, how to add value or, what’s known as, manufactured growth. My strength is in seeing the potential in a particular property, and adding another bedroom or bathroom, for example, to immediately increase the value. The advantage of working with me is that I have built up strong relationships with Albury-Wodonga, Sydney and Melbourne agents, many of whom will give me access to off market home sales, particularly in the premium housing market. Plus, I know which real estate sales agent I can negotiate with on price. What I love about being a buyers agent is that I can use my research skills and property expertise to add value to a property, and therefore help my clients grow wealth. As a vendor advocate, I use my experience having dealt with over 1000 agents in my career to recommend and engage the best selling agent for the job when my clients need to sell.
