𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝘅 acted as Armenian local counsel in connection with the recently signed English law governed credit facility transaction between Proparco and Ameriabank announced during the Armenia–France meetings held in Yerevan on 5 May 2026.

The transaction formed part of the broader framework of economic and financial cooperation initiatives presented during the official meetings attended by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and President Emmanuel Macron.

Our work included advising on Armenian law and regulatory aspects of the financing structure and supporting the local ex*****on of the transaction.

Transactions of this nature continue to reflect the increasing level of cross-border financing and investment activity involving Armenia.
