NSC provides services in diversity solutions; capacity building, vocational training, research; business advisory; and advocacy services to national and international clients (INGOs, NNGos and Companies) . Founded under the name of Top1 International Group in 2020 in Kabul, Afghanistan but as per the top management decision changes it name to NEXTGEN SKILLS CENTER (NSC) so our mission has become to provide high quality services to the organizations, private companies and government sectors. NSC has a highly professional staff and advisory board comprised of numerous international associates with distinguished degrees from top-tier universities throughout the business.
Human capital is the foundation of any business and organization, that is why at NSC we invest heavily in our staff members.
